Your account
Audsey doesn’t have public sign-up. When you become a client, we create your account and send you a link to set your password. The link works for 7 days; if it expires, ask us for a new one.
- Open the link and choose a password of at least 12 characters.
- Sign in at app.audsey.com with your email address and that password.
- Bookmark the portal. Your password manager will remember the rest.
If several people at your organization need access, tell us their email addresses. Everyone on your account sees the same sites and reports.
Your sites
After signing in you’ll see Site health: a tile for each of your websites with its latest Accessibility index. Select a site to open its page.
A site’s page
From top to bottom:
- Latest results: the Accessibility index, the number of errors by severity, open alerts, and when the site was last checked.
- Next scan: when the next scheduled scan will run, if your site is monitored.
- Index over time: a chart of every published report since your baseline. Points where the testing rules changed are marked. Select Show as table for the numbers.
- Open issues by severity: now compared with your baseline.
- WCAG criteria: how many criteria are met, partly met, not met, waiting on a person’s review, or don’t apply.
- Reports: every published report, newest first, with links to the web version, the PDF and the conformance report (VPAT), when there is one.
Downloading PDFs
Each report row has a PDF link. The PDFs are tagged for screen readers and are fine to forward to your board, your insurer or a customer who asked. They’re your documents.
Who sees what
You only see your own organization’s sites, and only reports we’ve published to you. We review each report before publishing it, so you won’t see half-finished work.
