Privacy notice
What we collect, why, and what we do with it, in plain language.
Audsey is operated by Site Hatchery. This notice covers audsey.com and the Audsey portal at app.audsey.com.
When you contact us
The contact form sends us your name, email address, organization, website address, topic and message. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare a quote. We store messages in the Audsey system and send a copy to our inbox. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details.
Client accounts
If you're a client, your portal account holds your name, email address and a securely hashed password. We keep a record of sign-ins to protect your account. We send you report summaries by email through our email provider, Brevo, only for sites you're a client for.
Website testing
When we test a website, we collect the pages, screenshots and technical data needed for the evaluation. This is your website's public content. If your site shows personal information on a page we test, it may appear in a screenshot, so we test with sample data wherever possible. Reports are confidential to the client named in them unless the client turns on a public summary.
Analytics
audsey.com doesn't currently use analytics cookies. If we add analytics, this notice will say which service and why.
The portal uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Where it's kept
Audsey runs on Railway's cloud hosting in the United States. Access is limited to the people at Site Hatchery who do the work.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by contacting us. We'll answer within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, we keep as long as the law requires.
Changes
